You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase -- you must write the RMA number on the outside of your return package so that it is clearly visible to us when we receive it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.Products returned for refunds will be credited minus original shipping and a 15%handling fee. Please send the product back in the same condition it was sent to you; it must have all tags and packaging.
